OSSU Showcase 2015
The Ontario SPOR SUPPORT Unit held its inaugural Showcase on June 11 and 12 at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto. The event, which hosted over 150 invited guests, opened with a highly engaging fireside chat on patient experience in health care and health research, followed by numerous keynotes, panels and presentations.
Topics of discussion included international experiences in patient-oriented research, patient partnerships, and thoughts on how best to leverage Ontario’s health research assets. The seven IMPACT Award winners were also featured in a special session with health system leaders.
