Tyler (Ty) Redublo is a caregiver for his grandmother Alicia, who lives with Alzheimer’s. He is deeply involved in the caregiver, and patient partnership space through advocacy initiatives, and leading research projects himself.

Ty has also contributed his insight and experience as a reviewer for multiple rounds of award application cycles, including the AMS Healthcare Fellowship and EMPOWER, among others.

Aside from OSSU, Ty also has a background in translational research; particularly in mental health recovery, dementia caregiving, and co-design, and currently works at the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), where he supports AgeTech innovators to develop their solutions to improve the lives of older persons and caregivers.
