Mr. Marcel Castonguay

Marcel has spent 23 years in Ontario public service in various departments including Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Transport and the Attorney General’s office. In the latter ministry, he was responsible for French language services for the justice sector which includes the office of the Attorney General, the Ministry of Community Safety and the Ministry of Correctional Services. Marcel has been the Executive Director of the Hamilton Niagara Community Health Center with 100+ staff and some 10,000 patients. He was a caregiver for his wife for 8 years while she battled with Multiple Myloma and presently works with the Hamilton Ontario Health team as well as the Niagara Health Team.
